Rules and Privacy

1. General Rules

By registering with AeroWing Virtual Airlines, you agree to the following rules:

• This is a virtual airline community; it has no connection to any real airline.
• The site is completely free; no ticket sales, reservations, or similar real financial transactions take place.
• You agree to treat other pilots and community members with respect.
• You agree to submit flight reports (PIREPs) honestly, based on real flight data.
• You agree not to share your account with anyone else.
• Management reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate the rules.

2. Privacy

The name, email, and optional country/hub information you provide at registration are used only for the operation of this site (logging in, flight tracking, PIREP approval). Your information is not shared with or sold to third parties. Your email is used only for login and necessary notifications.

3. ACARS Usage

While using the AerowingACARS application, position, speed, fuel, and landing data taken from your flight simulator is automatically sent to our server and stored as part of the flight report.
